Virtual and Freelance Executive Assistant, Inspir32 Creative Solutions

Participated in media campaign planning and implementation, and handled e-mail, meetings, and client inquiries. Additionally, I designed social media postings using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Filmora software and assisted with the recruitment and interview process. I handled the company's social media accounts for marketing purposes which grew the company's social media presence by almost 60%.

April 2017 - August 2020

Office Manager, Minute Media

 As the point person for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, bills, and errands, I created and implemented a filing system using Google Drive. Furthermore, I also managed calls and liaised with clients and suppliers, arranged events and activities for company employees in accordance with the company's rules and regulations. As the Office Manager of Minute Media's Manila office, I have achieved Outstanding performance for three consecutive years. I improved operations and set-up by 80% before Minute Media's Manila office was launched. My monthly tasks include creating files for personnel's data, immigration papers, and daily tasks such as maintaining the Country Manager's Google Calendars with a breakdown of meetings, agendas, and itineraries. I coordinate with our global operations team every week to plan new policies and procedures for the office.

I studied the 2 years Office Administration Executive Diploma at Algonquin College as an international student. Through this experience, I learned more about administrative and support work and it opened new doors for me. As a consistent member of the Dean's Honours List, I gained knowledge on how to format documents based on Canadian standards, as well as how important it is to develop your power skills such as time management, communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and decision making.

Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication Minor in Advertising, St. Scholastica's College - Manila, Philippines

I earned my bachelor's degree from St. Scholastica's College, an exclusive school for girls located in Manila. My major was Mass Communication with a minor in Advertising. It has given me an opportunity to develop skills that I still use today, and I've gained an understanding of media and arts, and I've learned how to edit photos and videos, which led me to become an Administrative Assistant who can handle social media and marketing collateral. My experience gives me the edge to work for a company such as Minute Media, a leader in technology and digital content.

Project In-Kind Ambassador

My role as an In-Kind Ambassador was to promote kindness and community service among the community. Currently, I am working out and promoting my advocacy for animals, sustainability, quality education, and zero hunger, among other causes. Specifically, I advocate for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
